I was impressed with the proactive gym program they put together for me as it felt more focussed on getting back to the sports I loved rather than just basic rehab. I was approximately 35 y.o. at the time, and the physiotherapy sessions afterwards were expensive, painful and continued for a very long time. I found this article very interesting and informative, and even before reading it had decided that I don't want any further interference to my knee unless it is absolutely unavoidable.
